I went to sallys this weekend just to browse around and ended up buying two clearance polishes. One of them was China Glaze's Ick-a-bod-y.
Ick-a-bod-y is a black based jelly with loads of orange glitter specks. It was realeased for the halloween collection but I just love it and would wear it more than just halloween.
This is a very opaque glitter and only needed two coats. As always the china glaze brush is very easy to use and I did not have to fish around for glitter. The only thing is that this dries very brittle so I needed two coats of topcoats/ or one goopy one to smooth this baby out. Im very happy with the finished look and for $2 I am very happy with my purchase!
What do you think? Would you say "ICCK" or do you like it?
It's not the first color I would think of, but I love the sparkles. Great fall color~

ReplyDeleteDon't be offended, but I say "Ick." I guess orange glitter isn't my thing. I've seen several people swatch this color, and it still doesn't call to me. Is it more shimmery in real life, or can you see the glitter flecks?
